Content Integrity & Respect
Academic & Copyright Guidelines
How we support BCA students through educational fair-use principles, while treating the creative work of authors, educators, and university publishers with the absolute highest respect.
Our Philosophy
Notes is built by students, for students. Our goal is to make computer science concepts and university exam preparation engaging, organized, and accessible. We believe in collaborative learning, intellectual honesty, and fostering a constructive partnership with the wider academic community.
Fair Use & Study Aids
All syllabus references, solved practice codes, and flashcards are compiled purely for non-commercial, educational assistance in alignment with standard academic fair-use doctrines.
Respecting Creators
We deeply respect textbook authors, educators, and professors who create curriculum guides. We actively seek to ensure all materials on Notes are original or properly referenced.
Friendly Attributions & Content Removal
Are you a publisher, educator, or content owner? If you notice any academic notes, code implementations, or study guides on our platform that you authored, and would prefer to have them properly credited, updated, or completely removed, we are happy to assist you immediately!
This policy applies equally to all text digested by our **AI Tutor Companion**. All summaries, key takeaways, and practice quiz sets generated by our AI processing servers (RAG) are derived directly from the uploaded material and remain secondary to the original author's copyright. Requesting the removal of an academic note will automatically and permanently purge all associated AI-generated study aids, summaries, and chat caches.
No complex legal forms, safety-harbor jargon, or formal demands are necessary. Simply send a friendly email to notecolleges@gmail.com with the details, and we will update or remove the materials within 24 to 48 hours with a smile. Let's make learning better together!
