Legal & Compliance

Terms of Use

Governing rules and honor codes regarding notes acquisition, academic platform usage, and teacher dashboard contributions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a student profile, logging in via secure magic links, or subscribing to semester-wise contents on Notes, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please cease platform access immediately.

2. Academic Honor Code

All codes (C, C++, Java, Python, and JavaScript) and dynamic study cards compiled on this site are designed strictly for preparatory revision purposes. Users agree not to utilize these assets for live examinations, tests, or copy-paste assessments that would violate university honor systems or institutional guidelines.

3. Account & Subscription Security

• Subscriptions are strictly non-transferable and are tied permanently to your authenticated Google account / email context.

• Manual billing verification processes protect subscription profiles. Any fraudulent uploads or fabricated UPI screenshots will result in immediate user suspension.

4. AI Tutor Companion Honor Code

Our AI Tutor Companion is designed as a dynamic study enhancer (answering questions, summarizing note files, and grading mock reviews). By using these AI features, you agree to utilize their outputs (e.g. chat replies, key summaries, practice grades) strictly for personal study, preparation, and self-appraisal. You must not attempt to use the AI Companion during live exams or tests in a manner that violates academic honor systems.

5. Native Software Distribution License

The Windows Desktop `.exe` and Android Mobile `.apk` software bundles provided by Notes are licensed solely for individual student study. You agree not to disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, repackage, or distribute these packages on third-party application stores without explicit written authorization from Notes developers.

6. Disclaimer

Study materials on Notes are curated with the utmost diligence. However, the platform does not officially represent any single university curriculum, nor does it guarantee specific performance improvements. All resources are served "as-is".
