My subscription says "Pending Review" — what does this mean?
All UPI subscription activations are reviewed manually by Notes administrators. Verification is usually processed within a few hours. Once verified, your semester materials will unlock automatically.
How do I run university solved programs in the sandbox?
Go to the "Practice" tab in the top navigation or scroll below the sandbox on the Coding page. Browse topics, choose a program, and click "Run in Sandbox ⚡". The compiler will instantly configure itself and load the template ready for execute testing.
Can I submit notes or code snippets as a teacher?
Yes! Click "Apply as Teacher" in the footer, complete your rapid OTP email authentication, and upload your profile details. Once reviewed, you'll be able to publish notes, announcements, and practical files.
How do I download and install the Desktop or Android App?
Go to your dashboard profile panel after subscription approval. Click "Download Windows Desktop Client" to get the single-executable portal, or click "Download Android APK" to sideload the lightweight mobilized study client on your phone.
How do I study with the side-by-side AI Companion?
Open any note or PYQ document. On the right, click the 'AI Chat' tab to stream answers to custom questions, 'Quick Study' to browse bullet-point takeaways and OCR document text, or 'Practice Test' to answer simulated exam questions and get graded out of 10 with feedback.
