We capture and store only the secure primary email linked to your Google onboarding or magic link request to manage dashboard profile access.
💳 Subscription Audit Data
UPI payment transaction verification logs, payment identifiers, and audit screenshots are securely hosted and verified manually. These details are encrypted and never exposed to third-party brokers.
2. Data Security & Storage
🔒 Cloud Infrastructure
All profile metadata, billing transactions, and subscription states are maintained in a secure, audited cloud database. Authentication utilizes industry-grade tokens to safeguard student details.
🤖 AI Processing & Chat Logs
When using the **AI Tutor Companion**, note text and your chat prompts are transmitted securely via encrypted SSL connections to our private HuggingFace/FreeLLMAPI server nodes. We do not sell or train external models on your chat sessions. Conversation histories are stored locally on your device and can be cleared instantly.
💾 Native SQLite Databases
For desktop and mobile applications, local caches are stored inside a secure local database (`freeapi.db`) on your physical device. These files do not transmit any private user metadata or computer/phone system files.
3. Your Data Rights
Students have full authority to review, update, or request the absolute deletion of their profiles, transaction records, and billing screenshots at any time. For profile audits or data removals, please reach out directly via our Contact support channel.
