Website Administration Structure
The notes portal is run by a collaborative student-led body representing each semester section, designed for continuity and representation.
👑 Founder Admin
The Founder Admin (Dev Sharma) is the permanent creator and owner of the website. This role maintains the highest platform authority, code governance, and final approval power.
👥 6 Student Admins
First Year:
- 1st Year – Section A Admin
- 1st Year – Section B Admin
Second Year:
- 2nd Year – Section A Admin
- 2nd Year – Section B Admin
Third Year:
- 3rd Year – Section A Admin
- 3rd Year – Section B Admin
📈 Promotion System
Once selected, student admins remain in office until graduation. As they advance to the next academic year, their positions are automatically promoted.
Progression Example:
Year 1: Dev Sharma (Founder) · Student A (1st Year A) · Student B (1st Year B)
Year 2: Dev Sharma (Founder) · Student A (2nd Year A) · Student B (2nd Year B) · Student C (1st Year A) · Student D (1st Year B)

🎓 After graduation: C & D become 3rd Year Admins, E & F become 2nd Year Admins, and two new 1st Year students are selected.
✍️Admin Selection & Rules
- New 1st Year admins are selected by the existing student admins to maintain team synergy.
- The Founder Admin holds final approval authority.
- The Founder Admin can remove or replace any admin if necessary (misconduct, inactivity, or resignation).
- Student admins serve until graduation unless they resign or are removed.
